Sustainability Awards

One of our passions is to work closely with local businesses and partners to deliver an even more sustainable event each year. 

After a great success in 2015, we are teaming up with Bournemouth based, award winning sustainability chef, Matthew Budden from the Hilton Bournemouth to take the ‘Sustainability Awards’ forward once again.     

The sustainability awards are there to reward exhibitors using regional and seasonal seafood. This is in line with the Festival’s ethos of trying to get seafood lovers to eat what’s local and supporting our fishermen.

Visitors can expect to choose from a mouth-watering selection of tasty fish dishes offered by around 100 stallholders, many of whom are from Dorset and surrounding counties.
