SATURDAY 14th July PROGRAMME
10:30 Chris Wheeler – Executive Chef, Stoke Park. A Dorset lad, trained at Bournemouth & Poole College, award winning Chris has many awards to his name and appeared on BBC2’s Great British Menu representing the South West. And when Chris isn’t overseeing the amazing food at Stoke Park, he’s consulting for Weymouth’s very own Nothe Tavern.

Experience Pommery Champagne.  A great way to not only learn about but taste some award winning Pommery Champagnes with the fun and expert guidance of UK Director, Sara Hicks, and the Telegraph and Delicious Magazine’s Wine expert  Susy Atkins.

Chef, author and TV presenter, Sophie Michell whips up her favourite seasonal seafood dish.  We’re lucky to have her with us once again in between her work at Home House, her book writing and appearances on Sky TV and Sunday Brunch.

Joining us once again is the lovely Pete Murt – Head Chef, Rick Steins Sandbanks Poole.  A great asset to our festival line up, Pete started out as part of the ‘Padstein’ brand and with a background in Cornwall, Pete has now brought that magic to Dorset.  
14:30 Richard Kirkwood, Head Chef, Wright Brothers – seafood and oyster specialists – is joined by Mike Warner from the Shell Fish Association of GB to demonstrate some lovely native lobster dishes.

With years of Michelin-starred experience to fall back on, Russell Brown is now a font of culinary knowledge and offers consultancy services alongside his newfound passion for food writing and photography. Russ will be sharing ideas from his new book, ‘Well Seasoned’.

Much loved Duncan Lucas is back!  Our international seafood guru is a font of knowledge and will be entertaining us with one of his awesome crowd pulling demos. Passionate about Fish and raising funds for the Fishermen’s Mission, don’t miss our Duncan!

Neil Rankin is back again! Neil pioneered London’s high end barbecue scene and is well known for his experimental use of bold flavours.  You may have spotted Neil on The Great British Menu and Sunday Brunch, and he also writes for the Evening Standard, Metro, The Times and The Guardian.

CJ Jackson, CEO of the Billingsgate Seafood School is passionate about fish and shell fish. CJ is also an established food writer, contributing regularly to BBC Good Food Magazine and Delicious Magazine. She makes regular appearances on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch TV show, preparing a range of seafood recipes and encouraging viewers to eat two portions of fish a week – a message that CJ is often heard saying! With Mike Warner Freelance food writer, fisheries journalist and sustainable seafood consultant.

Susy is the weekly columnist for the Sunday Telegraph's Stella magazine, as well as drinks editor of the brilliant and stylish 'delicious.' magazine.  She also writes a wine column for the South-West's own magazine 'food' and appears regularly on television as a wine expert.   Susy has been involved with the Pommery Dorset Seafood Festival over the years and helps to guide us through our Champagne, wines and what tastes good with what!
