10:30 Mitch Tonks is one of the UK’s most respected and knowledgeable seafood chefs.  An acclaimed restaurateur, chef and author, owning The Seahorse Dartmouth and the growing RockFish Group.   Television appearances include Saturday Kitchen, Market Kitchen, Masterchef, Great Food Live, Fish Food and Mitch and Matt's Big Fish.
11:30 Pommery Champagne Experience with UK Director, Sara Hicks, and BBC’s Saturday Kitchen’s Wine expert and Telegraph Wine Columnist Susy Atkins.
12:30 One of London’s culinary stars, Exec Chef Dan Doherty runs the amazing Duck & Waffle Restaurant offering 24/7 gourmet dining in the City. Dan is often seen on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen or Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
13:30 Internationally known as the godfather of fusion, Peter Gordon joins us to share his love and passion for the global pantry and to give a taste of the exquisite dishes he serves at his Marylebone restaurant, The Providores and Tapa Room.
14:30 Food writer and chef Gizzi Erskine is one of the most talked about names in food right now.  A TV regular, her credits include the Channel 4 ratings winner 'COOK YOURSELF THIN', 'ONES TO WATCH’ and 'COOKERY SCHOOL’’. Her new book, ‘SEASON’S EATINGS’, is available at the Festival.

16:30 Neil Rankin, Chef Proprietor of Temper in the heart of Soho, loves to share his passion for amazing quality barbecuing and his book, Low and Slow - How to cook meat  - will be available at the Festival.   Neil took part in the BBC’s Great British Menu and hopefully he will be on time for his demo as he will be coming straight from filming on Saturday Kitchen this morning!
17:30 Richard ‘Foxy’ Fox will be wrapping up a lovely day of demos today, sharing practical cooking tips using the Fisher & Paykel hob, oven and fridge. 
SUNDAY 9th July PROGRAMME
11.00 Richard ‘Foxy’ Fox will be kick starting the day’s demos with some brilliant fishy cooking tips with the help of his Fisher & Paykel appliances,

14:00 Much loved Duncan Lucas is back!  Our international seafood guru is a font of knowledge and will be entertaining us with one of his awesome crowd pulling demos.  Passionate about Fish and raising funds for the Fishermen’s Mission, don’t miss our Duncan! 
15:00 Joining us once again is the lovely Pete Murt – Head Chef, Rick Steins Sandbanks Poole.  A great asset to our festival line up, Pete started out as part of the ‘Padstein’ brand and with a background in Cornwall, Pete has now brought that magic to Dorset.
16:00 Richard ‘Foxy’ Fox will be wrapping up a lovely day of demos today, sharing practical cooking tips using the Fisher & Paykel hob, oven and fridge.

Your compère this year is not only a chef, food writer, TV presenter and author, but has catered for some very starry clients including Claudia Schiffer, Leonardo DiCaprio, Princes William and Harry to name a few.   Sophie was part of Channel 4's hugely successful show Cook Yourself Thin. Other TV highlights include work on Sky Taste, Market Kitchen, Comic Relief, Iron Chef USA and Masterchef. Most recently she appeared on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.  Sophie runs her own event catering company. www.sophiemichell.com.
